i’ve went here 3 days in a row. and i am planning to go again for 3 days straight. this is by far the best italian restaurant that exists in nepal. i have high expectations for italian cuisine, and this place has met my standards. their signature carbonara and spaghetti amatriciana are one of the best pastas in this restaurant. spaghetti amatriciana is very rich and flavorful, and their sauce is silky and well-balanced in saltiness and smokiness. the sauce of signature carbonara is rich and creamy, in which point i almost laughed out loud while eating because it was the best pasta i’ve had in a while. the guanciale was very flavorful and smoky. i didn’t know a single dish could make my day. i can’t forget to mention the sheer quality of the drinks here as well. i’ve ordered mango and basil drinks, and the drinks were very high quality. i also cannot forget to mention their service here, all the staff are very kind and has high attention to detail. the vibe in this restaurant is also great, they have good taste in music. the atmosphere and the lightings are dim here, which adds to the vibe.

My favourite Italian restaurant in Kathmandu. The food is delicious, a little different from authentic Italian but I personally love the twist. The pizzas are awesome. I have had the pepperoni, we also tried the chicken Parmesan, spaghetti bolognaise (a little spicy), aglio e olio, golden prawns, and the mocktails are also good. They play the best music. Lively place. Definitely recommended.

LOVED THIS PLACE! I tried the chicken nachos (really good portion) where they use their homemade stracciatella cheese (so good!). The pasta was super flavorful too, everything just felt really well made. Also the coffee was honestly a 10/10, and the cold matcha was just as good. This place is such a vibe. Definitely a place I’d recommend and go back to.
